Home Lab provides professional cleaning services across Cyprus. We are not a general cleaning company: we work exclusively on fabric surfaces, because those need different equipment and different knowledge from ordinary domestic cleaning.

How we work

All cleaning services are carried out at your home. There is no need to transport furniture anywhere or to be without it for days. We bring the equipment and the materials the work requires.

We use an industrial extraction machine. A hot solution goes into the fibres of the fabric and is drawn back out immediately, along with the dirt that has built up. The method does not soak the furniture: the fabric stays slightly damp and dries completely within 3 to 5 hours.

The products we use are eco-friendly, biodegradable and suitable for homes with children and pets.

How we operate

Home Lab Cyprus is a mobile cleaning service. We have no shop or workshop where you drop things off: we come to your home, office or property with the equipment, the work is done on site, and we are gone the same day. That is why you will not find an office address on this page — there is nothing to visit.

We work two appointments a day, one in the morning at 09:00 and one in the afternoon at 14:00. That is deliberate: each job gets the time it needs, without rushing to the next one. The booking page shows which slots are free over the coming weeks, and you take the one that suits you.

What you can expect

• A price before the visit. You pick what needs cleaning and see the total straight away. We do not send someone round to "look at the job" and quote you on the spot.
• No deposit. You pay when the work is finished and you have seen the result.
• No travel fee. Some areas carry a minimum charge per visit, which you see in the price list before you book.
• Free cancellation. If you need to move a date, a call or a message is enough.

If something does not look safe to clean — fabric that is already damaged, leather, or a stain that will not come out — we tell you before we start. We would rather lose a job than promise a result we cannot deliver.

We provide cleaning services in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Ayia Napa and Paralimni, and the surrounding communities. We take on both homes and commercial premises, offices and short-let properties.
